Do we know what we're talking about?

Yes we do, we’ve kept bees ourselves for more than 15 years. We are keen members of the ACT Beekeepers Association and we keep up with industry trends and what is generally happening in the bee and honey worlds.

Ordering

We normally process orders with 48 hours of us receiving them.

Is shipping included in the price?

No, we use a flat rate of $20 per order to cover shipping. Calculating the shipping charges has always been quite difficult. The $20 rate usually covers our costs, but if we’re shipping long distances such as to WA, NT or TAS, or shipping items with irregular weight or volume, we may request an additional payment to cover the freight.

Delivery & Returns

We generally use Australia Post for anything less than about 15kg. For larger or heavier items we ship by TNT. Australia Post will drop a card in your letter box, and you’ll need to go to the post office and collect it. TNT will usually deliver to your door, if you’re not there to sign for it you’ll need to go to the depot to collect it. Sometimes they leave it even if you’re not there.

We’re happy to exchange items if they’re not the right size, customer pays freight.

It is not our policy to refund postage on returned items.

Payment

Online payment can be made by direct deposit or PayPal. You can use your credit card securely via PayPal.

In the shop we accept cash or credit card payment.

Privacy

We will never give out customers’ private information. We will never send you any unsolicited email messages.
