Bees Return to Historic Homestead Properties

Maryanne at the old homesteadBees were returned to two historic homestead properties near Yass yesterday. The properties are on opposite sides of the Murrumbidgee River.  The grandfather of one of the owners used to keep bees in the same place by the river where they were placed once more. We met Hillary (2nd and 3rd photo) and Kurt and Sharleen (4th photo) and explained a bit about what they needed to know to look after their new arrivals.
